Overview：

The traditional electrostatic protection equipment used in most electronic workshops cannot effectively eliminate the discharge phenomenon caused by the static electricity carried into the operating room by the operator from the outside, that is, electrostatic discharge (ESD). The workers in the workshop generally do not wear the wrist strap equipment according to the regulations, and there are no inspectors to detect their wearing conditions. Even if there is monitoring equipment, the workers can also keep themselves out of the monitoring range, which makes the set of static elimination equipment meaningless and static electricity is not enough. When it is released in time, electrostatic neutralization discharge occurs. In the process of electrostatic discharge, a strong current is generated, and the heat is enough to completely melt the internal circuit of the semiconductor chip; even worse, only one-tenth of this damage will cause the entire semiconductor chip to be damaged before the final test. Components fail, and the remaining 90% only cause partial damage to the circuit, which means that it can pass the final test, so that the defect is completely ignored, and early field failure occurs after shipment to the customer.

As a kind of access control system, the channel management equipment can effectively control the entry and exit of personnel and orderly pass through the channel system, standardize employee management, save enterprise management expenses and labor costs, and realize automatic management of employees entering and leaving the workshop.

After a long period of in-depth research and analysis on the sources of static electricity generated in the electronics industry, as well as an investigation into the needs of electronics companies, through years of practical experience, we have successfully integrated a set of electrostatic system solutions to prevent static electricity generation—combining the access control system with the channel management system and the anti-static system.

The electrostatic equipment is an electrostatic anti-static access control system. The system can effectively release the excessive static electricity on the employees, and at the same time check the qualified wearing of the wrist straps on the hands and feet of the employees, stop the static electricity outside the production workshop, and eliminate the hidden danger of electrostatic discharge. At present, the system has become an important means of quality assurance for electronic component companies.

1.1 Design requirements description and analysis

The impact of ESD static electricity on electronic products is not only reflected in the damage to the product, but more seriously, it has a huge impact on product reliability (intermittent loss of function). It can lead to unstable performance of the product, which increases the number of repairs. This situation accounts for 90% of electrostatic damage. The implementation of anti-static access control system can effectively prevent reliability failures and other problems caused by static electricity.

The system requirements are divided into the following three situations:

• ①. After the card is verified as legal, employees can pass the three-bar gate. Require that the card to verify legal or illegal records, as well as the records of employees passing the three-barrel gate, be displayed in the real-time records;
• ②. The employee can pass the three-bar gate only after the card law and the static electricity test of the feet are passed. It is required to display in the instant records the records of card verification legal or illegal, the records of passing or not passing the static test of the feet, and the records of employees passing the three-bar gate;
• ③. When the card is legal and the static electricity test of hands and feet are passed, the employee can pass the three-bar gate. It is required to display in the instant records the records of the card verification legal or illegal, the records of passing or failing the static electricity test of the hands, the records of passing or failing the static electricity test of the feet, and the records of the employees passing the three-bar gate.

Each workshop can flexibly customize the test method according to its own situation.
