The three-roller gate ESD electrostatic detection access control management system is mainly composed of computer, smart card reading part, smart wing gate, electrostatic test, smart card, display screen and management software. RS485 or TCP/IP network communication is adopted between the computer and the three-roller gate, which can run both online and offline. The equipment organically integrates machinery, electronics, microprocessor control and various reading and writing technologies. Through the configuration of various reading and writing equipment, the use of reliable safety protection devices, real-time alarm system and direction indication interface, combined with the reliable human body comprehensive tester, the intelligent control and management of the channel are jointly coordinated and realized. Widely used in MT production line control area, semiconductor industry clean room, high-tech R&D room, pharmaceutical factory electrostatic control area, hospital control area, biochemical industry electrostatic control area and other occasions requiring anti-static test protection.

Test mode:

• 1. Swipe the card + test the wrist strap to open the door successfully
• 2. Swipe the card + test the electrostatic shoes to open the door successfully
• 3. Swipe card + wrist strap and electrostatic shoes to open the door at the same time
• 4. Test-free card (swipe the card and open the door without testing)

Note: The test items, name, department and other information of each card can be set by the software

Show:

• 1. After swiping the card, the card information (name, card number, event, items to be detected and results) will be displayed on the 7-inch LCD screen.
• 2. Verify and test according to the prompt items on the LCD screen. After success, it will display “Test successful, please enter”. If the test fails, it will display “Test failed, no access” and the gate will not open.
• 3. The items and results to be tested are indicated in the electrostatic test LED light. The prompt information includes (HIGH, PASS, LOW) and distinguish the left and right feet, or use a “resistance digital display” type tester.
• 4. The software can record the name, department, work number, test item, test result and other information of the card swipe, and support import and export of personnel lists and records
