Instructions for Wiring and Debugging of Hydraulic Integrated Lifting Column Control Box

Hydraulic integrated lifting column control box wiring and debugging instructions, lifting column instructions, control box wiring diagram

The standard lifting column control box can control 8 lifting columns. The terminal on the bottom right of the control box is connected to the 220V main power supply from the left end, and then the main power line of the motor and several motors can be connected in sequence. A maximum of 8 motors can be connected, and a custom control box is required for more.

The solenoid valve is a 2-core wire, which is connected to the left side of the power terminal as shown in the figure. The two black wires are solenoid valves and are connected to the upper layer. The 2 core wires of the LED light are connected to the lower layer in the order of black and red. The columns are connected in order.

After the wire is connected, start debugging

“Up” key: +1 function when scrolling up to select the system menu and setting parameters

“Down” key: scroll down to select the system menu and set the parameter -1 function

NOTE: In the system menu and menu setting interface, if there is no key operation within 5 seconds, the system will automatically exit the menu to the standby interface.

A. System menu description:

  • 1. “F 0 1”:

A group motor running protection time. Use the “up” and “down” keys to increase or decrease the time respectively, and the time can be set to 1-9.9 seconds. (The factory default is 4 seconds)

  • 2. “F 0 2”:

B group motor running protection time. Use the “up” and “down” keys to increase or decrease the time respectively, and the time can be set to 1-9.9 seconds. (The factory default is 4 seconds)

  • 3. “F 0 3”:

C group motor running protection time. Use the “up” and “down” keys to increase or decrease the time respectively, and the time can be set to 1-9.9 seconds. (The factory default is 4 seconds)

  • 4. “F 0 4”:

D group motor running protection time. Use the “up” and “down” keys to increase or decrease the time respectively, and the time can be set to 1-9.9 seconds. (The factory default is 4 seconds)

  • 5. “F 0 5”:

Light working mode and flashing frequency. The light working mode is 1 to 4 (the factory default is mode 1)

LED1: The light is always on during standby, the light flashes when it is rising and falling, and the light is off when the four channels are lowered to the limit.

LED2: The light flashes during standby, and the light goes out when the four channels are lowered to the limit.

LED3: The light is always on during standby, and the light is off when the four channels are lowered to the limit.

LED4: The light keeps flashing.

Use the “up” and “down” keys to increase or decrease the light flashing frequency respectively, which can be set to 1-10 parameter values. (The factory default is 2)

  • 6. “F 0 6”:

485 communication IP address. Use the “up” and “down” keys to increase or decrease respectively, which can be set to 1-99 parameter values. (The factory default is 1)

Remote control combination function:

Mode 1: Each 4 groups of remote control buttons have independent 4 up and down functions,

Mode 2: The second group of remote control buttons 1 and 2 will rise and fall at the same time, the 4th group of remote control buttons 3 and 4 will rise and fall at the same time,

Mode 3: The 4th group of remote control buttons turn on 1 to 4 simultaneous up and down functions (the factory default is 1)

  • 8. “F 0 8”:

Timing time (period) setting for timing pressurization. Can be set to 0-99 gears, the division is 10 minutes (factory default is 0 gears), 0 means the pressure is not regularly applied, 1-99 means the pressure is applied every 10 minutes* (1-99), the maximum is 16.5 Hour. The pressurization execution time is fixed at 1 second.

  • 9. “F 0 9”

Repeated opening and closing tests are mainly used to test the stability and aging test of the gate control board. The digital tube displays C-5.
