I. Basic configuration of parking lot system

A standard IC card parking lot system is composed of management computer, printer, video capture card, communication adapter, issuer, temporary card meter, intercom host, entrance and exit card reader controller, entrance and exit barriers, and image comparison system. .

II. Construction Preparation

1. Tools

  • 1) Percussion drill: mainly used for fixing equipment, drilling through walls and fixing wire grooves and pipelines, drill bit ¢22/14/12/8
  • 2) Grinding machine: mainly used for cutting and grinding of metal materials
  • 3) Hand drill: mainly used for punching metal materials, drill bit ¢12/8/4.2
  • 4) Nail gun: mainly used for riveting between metal materials
  • 5) Portable cutting machine: mainly used for cutting cement and ground feeling (slicing ¢180)
  • 6) Template: fixed safety island, cement platform
  • 7) Other commonly used tools: multimeter, internal hexagon wrench kit, adjustable wrench, soldering iron, wire stripper, needle-nose pliers, large and small screwdriver kit, network cable pliers, etc.

2. Auxiliary materials

  • 1) Cement, sand, stones and tools for making concrete
  • 2) PVC (KBG iron pipe) and connecting joints, elbows, and fixing clips, expansion pipes, self-tapping screws, spare expansion bolts;
  • 3) Cable tie, waterproof tape, heat shrinkable tube, winding tape (hose)

Determine the wiring plan according to the customer’s specific configuration and design drawings. The above figure is an example to list the wiring methods of the safety island.

  • 1) 485 communication line: from the computer to the entrance and exit card reader, a two-core shielded twisted pair cable is used. The maximum distance of the communication line should not exceed 700 meters, otherwise a 485 repeater is required.
  • 2) Gate opening line: Two-core shielded twisted pair cables are placed between the entrance and exit card reader and the entrance and exit gate.
  • 3) Button wire: The triple button from the barrier to the guard post is covered with a six-core shielded wire.
  • 4) Intercom cable: Two-core shielded cable is provided between the intercom host in the guard post and the card reader control machine at the entrance and exit.
  • 5) Network cable: if it is a remotely managed network version configuration plan, a network cable must be laid; from each management computer to the server.
  • 6) Video cable: from the computer to the camera at the entrance and exit, please note that the power cord of the camera must not share the same tube with the power cord of the spotlight (when using a low-voltage power supply camera), and the strong and weak power cords must not share a four-core sheath.
  • 7) Ground sense wire: In the cut ground sense groove, wind 5 times with BV1.5 wire.
  • 8) The minimum safe distance from the ground induction coil must not be less than 1 meter during the wiring construction of the power cord (from the power distribution room to the guard post, entrance and exit barriers, entrance and exit card readers, spotlights, and cameras).
  • 9) All pipelines must be separated according to strong and weak currents, and no joints are allowed in the middle of the wires.
  • 10) The spotlight switch is generally controlled in the sentry box without special requirements.

III. construction standards

1. The construction standards of the safety island

Build a circular cement pier in the middle of the road, commonly known as a safety island. The safety island is mainly used to place equipment and prevent vehicles from hitting equipment. If the equipment is installed on the side of the road due to the width of the road, the foundation of the equipment should be installed on the side of the road.

The safety island of the barrier gate management system of the parking lot is equivalent to the foundation of the building. It can not only carry the stress of the equipment when working, especially the stress of the barrier can reach hundreds of kilograms, but also protect the equipment and lines. The engineering appearance is more professional. Therefore, the production of the island will directly affect the performance of the system.

Make a safe island according to the following steps:

  • 1) Draw the shape and line of the island according to the drawings.
  • 2) If the ground on site is soft soil, the ground must be dug 50 cm deep and poured with concrete.
  • 3) Use wooden boards to enclose a 15 cm high frame along the shape of the island.
  • 4) Pour concrete with a ratio of 1:1:1 of cement, stones, and sand, and use a safety island frame surrounded by wooden planks. Find the level after pouring. After at least one week, wait for the concrete to completely set and dry, then smooth the surface of the island with high-grade cement. Then paint the yellow and black road marking paint on the side of the island. After it dries, the island is completed.

Precautions for the construction of the safety island:

  • a) If the guard box is placed on the island at the same time, the width should be about 150cm-180cm. For example, when the safety island is limited by the road width, the width should be about 40cm-80cm.
  • b) The length of the island is between 500cm-900cm.
  • c) The safety island should be about 10cm-20cm above the ground
  • d) If the ground on which the equipment is installed is a cement foundation, the safety island can be laid directly on the ground, but the laying place should be laid with a steel bar (above Φ20) every 25 cm in a star shape, and the steel bar should penetrate into the ground no less than 5 cm , The exposure is not less than 5 cm.
  • e) If the ground on which the equipment is installed is an asphalt foundation, the safety island can be laid directly on the ground, but the place should be laid with a steel bar (above Φ20) every 25 cm in a star shape, and the steel bar should penetrate into the ground no less than 20 cm , The exposure is not less than 5 cm.
  • f) If the installation location of the equipment is a soil foundation (the equipment is installed on the side of a road or a flowerbed), pits should be dug at the location so that the safety island or foundation is more than 30 cm deep into the ground.
  • g) Materials for the island and foundation: 425# Portland cement and medium sand produced by Dachang. Avoid using soil, stones, stones, bricks and other materials.

Pipe layout requirements and precautions:

  • a) There are two types of wire and tube wiring: open and dark. The open and straight, neat and beautiful. Concealed piping requires short, unobstructed, and few elbows.
  • b) For the selection of the line pipe, select the type and specification of the pipe according to the design drawing. If there is no regulation, the total area (including the outer skin) of the wire passing through the line pipe can be selected according to the limit of 70% of the cross-sectional area of ​​the inner hole of the pipe. match. When pipelines are laid simultaneously with the construction of the building, if conditions permit, the pipelines should be laid in the building, and the materials and laying methods of the pipelines should be selected according to the building laying specifications. For the pipelines that are inconvenient to be laid in the building, galvanized steel pipes or PVC pipes should be used. , Closed metal trunking or closed PVC trunking.
  • c) For places with strong magnetic interference, galvanized steel pipes or closed metal ducts should be used for laying and grounding.
  • d) PVC pipes should be used for laying in places with acid, alkali, corrosive media and humidity, but PVC pipes are not suitable for places with high temperature, easy collision and easy friction.
  • e) In order to facilitate pipe threading and maintenance, when the length of the pipeline exceeds the following values, a junction box or cable box should be installed in the middle, and its position should be convenient for threading.
  • (1) When the length of the pipe exceeds 40 meters without bending;
  • (2) When the length exceeds 25 meters, there is a bend;
  • (3) When the degree exceeds 15 meters, there are two bends;
  • (4) When the length exceeds 10 meters and there are three bends;
  • f) The fixing of the line pipe, the line pipe should be fixed with clamps for every 1.5 meters in the curve or straight line distance.
  • g) The bending radius of the wire and conduit should meet the requirements of the bending radius of the cable inserted.
  • h) All pipes with trachoma, cracks and large deformations are forbidden to be used in wiring works.
  • i) The connection of the line pipe should be connected by a sleeve connection or a buckle connection.
  • j) For pipes laid vertically, add a junction box with fixed threading at intervals of 10-20 meters according to the size of the cross-section of the wire. Use insulated clamps to fix the wire in the box. The thicker the wire, the fixed point The shorter the distance between them.
  • k) After the wire is inserted without entering the vertical nozzle in the box (box), the nozzle should be sealed.
  • l) The junction box should be fixed with no less than three screws and covered.
  • m) The connection box and the pipe should be connected with a cup and comb.
  • n) Junction boxes should be added to the branch of the line pipe.
  • o) The depth of the buried pipeline should not be less than 10 cm. The buried pipe enters the chassis and the equipment should be exposed 5-10 cm
  • p) Metal pipes should be used for buried pipelines under the road on which vehicles are running.

Wiring specifications and precautions:

  • 1) The wiring is not only required to be safe and reliable, but also to make the wiring layout reasonable, neat, and firm installation.
  • 2) The rated voltage of the wire used should be greater than the working voltage of the circuit; the insulation of the wire should conform to the installation method of the circuit and the environmental conditions of the laying. The cross-sectional area of ​​the wire should be able to meet the requirements of power supply and mechanical strength.
  • 3) When wiring, try to avoid wires with joints. Unless it is necessary to use joints, the joints must be crimped or welded. The wire connections and branches should not be subjected to mechanical forces.
  • 4) The wiring in the building should be kept horizontal or vertical. The wiring should be protected by sleeves (plastic or iron water pipes, optional according to the technical requirements of indoor wiring), and metal hoses can be used for ceiling wiring, but they need to be fixed and beautiful.
  • 5) The signal line cannot be parallel to the high-power power line, let alone run in the same tube. If due to environmental constraints, parallel wiring is required, the distance should be more than 50cm. The pipe where the signal line is located should use a metal pipe, and the pipe should be well grounded.
  • 6) The AC power supply should be routed separately, not in the same tube as the signal line and the low-voltage DC power supply line. The installation of the AC power supply line should comply with electrical installation standards.
  • 7) The pipe holes should be cleaned before the pipes are stringed, and butter or talcum powder should be applied when the cables are inserted. The cables entering the pipe openings should be kept straight, and treatment measures such as moisture-proof and anti-corrosion should be taken.
  • 8) Appropriate margin should be left at both ends of the laid line to facilitate maintenance and management. After the line is laid, the line should be proofread and insulation tested and marked. After the line is checked correctly and the insulation test meets the requirements, the line shall be marked with a permanent mark. Submit line-laying drawings (as-built drawings) according to the actual laying situation, and mark the intermediate joints and the processing methods of the joints.

2. Construction standards and precautions for ground induction coils

Method for making ground induction coil

The ground sensing coil is an important part of the parking lot management system. Its working stability directly affects the operation effect of the entire system. Therefore, the production of the ground sensing coil is a very important work link in the engineering installation process.

A. The size of the ground induction coil:

The size of the ground loop varies with the width of the road. The general size is a rectangle of 1.8*0.6M. When the road is too wide, the distance between the two sides of the ground induction coil is 0.6-1.0M from the edge of the road. When the length of the ground induction coil exceeds 2M, the width is generally set at 0.8M-1.0M.

B. Production method and steps
  • (1) Determine the position. Use a marker and a ruler to draw a rectangle with a length of 1.8M and a width of 0.6M on the concrete floor, remove the right angle, and the bevel size is 75mm*75mm, and draw a line from the corner close to the equipment to the control machine or Installation of the barrier feeder
  • (2) Use a cutting machine to cut the concrete floor along the pen line with a cutting depth of 50mm and a width of 4mm. The width of the feeder trough is 7mm and the depth is 50mm.
  • (3) After cutting the groove, rinse the mud in the groove with clean water.
  • (4) Dry the trough with a hair dryer, and make sure that the bottom of the trough is white.
  • (5) Use 1.5 square 32 strands of flexible wire to wind the cutting slot clockwise or counterclockwise for 4 or 6 turns (6 turns for the gate and 4 turns for the control machine), and the lead wire must be twisted and put into the feeder slot In the middle, the length of 1.5-2.0M is reserved to the installation place of the chassis.
  • (6) Pour asphalt along the trough and remove excess asphalt to ensure a clean road surface.
  • (7) Use a spray gun to spray once along the groove to completely melt the asphalt in the groove with the cement and the line.

Skills requirement

(1) Induction coil cutting groove depth ≥50mm, width ≥4mm; feeder cutting groove depth ≥50mm, width ≥7mm

(2) The number of windings is 6 turns (barrier gate) or 4 turns (control machine), the winding must be tightened in the slot, the lead wire must be twisted, and the number of twists must not be less than 20 twists/m, generally as much as possible many;

(3) A complete wire shall be used for winding, without intermediate joints;

(4) The poured asphalt must be fully melted to facilitate filling each gap in the tank and tighten the coil, and will not affect the induction due to the loosening of the coil when there is a car on the road.

(5) The line must be resistant to high temperature to avoid the asphalt from scalding and breaking the skin.

(6) The inductance is 80-150uH after the production is completed.

3. Equipment installation and construction

First proofread the equipment model, quantity and configuration according to the order contract

1) Installation location

A. The equipment installation should be as convenient as possible for the owner to swipe the card and install it on the platform (leveling horizontally); when there is a turn, it should be installed in the straight channel after the turn; when there is an underground garage, the entrance ticket box should be installed on the slope platform as much as possible, and the exit should be installed on the slope. Get off the platform, so as not to block the start on Banpo or Banpo in case of abnormalities;

B. The toll booth should be placed next to the exit ticket box as much as possible, so that the owner can pay the temporary card or cash to the attendant through the window after swiping the card, so as to prevent the attendant from going out and charging.

IV Parking lot barrier equipment wiring

  • 1. Connect the control wires correspondingly according to the wiring diagram, and connect the opening wires
  • 2. Closed in place connection method (abnormal opening record)
  • 3. Long-distance connection
  • 4. 485 communication card connection method (pay attention to power off when installing)

V Debugging

Note: Before turning on the power, you must carefully check whether the power cords of each device are connected incorrectly or reversely, and then turn on the power. If an abnormal situation is found, the power will be turned off immediately. Under normal circumstances, the power cord will be incorrectly connected or reversely connected. Equipment damage.

1. Control machine (ticket box)

Test the card reading function of the car: test the opening function of the debugging card; test the voice function; test the display screen, flashing light and flashing light function; test whether the card readers of various card readers have prompts.

2. Barrier gate (it is strictly forbidden for other people to operate the barrier gate during the commissioning period, and the power should be cut off during mechanical adjustment, pay attention to safety)

  • a) Judgment of the direction of the barrier; direction, that is, the barrier is installed on the right side of the lock before the direction of traffic, and the gate lever falls to the left. The direction is opposite, the general channel defaults to the right direction;
  • b) The barrier shall be replaced with corresponding spring according to its length;
  • c) Adjust horizontal and vertical;
  • d) Sense of ground: test the function of anti-smashing car with sense of ground and automatic brake when the car is out of date;

3. Video:

Connect the video cable to channels 1 and 2 of the video card, after installing the driver, enter the software or the video recording software that comes with the video, and observe whether the corresponding image exists or not. At the same time, the camera parameters can be adjusted to achieve the best effect, that is, the position of the vehicle when the card is swiped. The main feature is the license plate.

4. Intercom

Press the intercom button on the entrance and exit control machine respectively, the intercom host in the sentry box should have a ringtone, and the corresponding channel light is on at the same time, press the channel switch, the intercom voice channel is established successfully, press the intercom button on both sides, and face Talking on the intercom speaker can be heard by the other party. Note that you can only speak on one side of the button at any time. The host presses the channel switch again, the call channel is closed, and the conversation ends.

5. Long-distance card reading function test:

After installing the device as required, please switch on the power of the card reader, place the remote card device on the windshield of the car, and drive the card in the direction of the card reader to test the wake-up window. Adjust the reading direction of the card reader as needed to achieve the best use effect.
