1. Post box rust spot treatment
Rust is sometimes seen on box products or equipment before or during production, indicating a heavily contaminated surface. Treatment method: The rust must be removed before the equipment is put into use, and the thoroughly cleaned surface should be tested by iron test or water test.
2. Oil and grease treatment
Grease and even fingerprints can be a source of corrosion for localized corrosion. Because these substances act as barriers, they interfere with chemical and electrochemical cleaning and must be removed thoroughly. Treatment method: You can use detergent, soapy water and other detergents mixed with appropriate hot water for cleaning.
3. Residual adhesive treatment
When the tape and protective paper are removed, there is always a portion of the adhesive left on the stainless steel surface. Treatment method: 1) When the adhesive has not hardened, we can remove it with an organic flux. 2) When the adhesive is used for a long time, it will form a hardened adhesive and form a corrosion source of crevice corrosion. In this case, we need to use fine abrasives for mechanical cleaning, which may consume a lot of manpower and material resources.
4. Dust treatment
There is usually dust in the place where the guard box is placed, and there is often a lot of dust in the air, which continuously falls on the surface of the guard box. Posts such as security posts, traffic posts, community posts, and factory police posts, which are often located in high places, are easily polluted by dust. Treatment method: We can remove the dust falling on the surface of the post with water or alkaline solution.
