Security Door Installation Steps:

• Step 1: open the package and take out the anti-theft door and accessories
  Accessories include: power cord, stainless steel U-shaped trough, explosion-proof screw and connecting wire
• Step 2: field test to check whether the anti-theft door can work normally
  1. Place the anti-theft door at the position to be installed, and the anti-theft door shall be placed in parallel according to the distance to be installed
  2. Connect the connecting line between the main machine and the auxiliary machine, connect the power line and power on.
• Step 3: after passing the test, determine the installation position, mark the punching position on the floor with a marker pen, and draw the groove line to be cut.
  1. Mark the punching position, and mark four empty holes for one anti-theft door
  2. Draw the groove line according to the U-shaped groove, which is 1-2mm more than the ground groove
• Step 4: drill a hole with a drill, cut a tangent groove, fix the anti-theft door with a burst screw, and put the connecting wire into the dug groove. Fasten the U-groove.
  1. Equipped with 12mm impact drill, the drilling depth is 60mm, and drive the 10 * 60MM pop-up screw into the hole
  2. Cut the groove line with the ceramic tile grooving machine, put the connecting line in the groove and fasten the U-shaped groove.
• Step 5: power on the power supply and complete the installation. Test the detection effect of the anti-theft door. If the detection effect is not ideal, the anti-theft door needs to be debugged with the debugging board (debugging is required under abnormal conditions).
