According to the place where the barrier is used, the gate poles can be divided into straight poles, 90-degree curved poles, 180-degree folding poles and fences. The barrier is composed of a gearbox, a motor, (or hydraulically) transmission mechanism, a balancing device, a chassis, a brake rod bracket, and a brake rod. With the continuous development of the automobile industry and the ever-increasing number of cars, the demand for barriers is also increasing, and higher requirements are put forward for the performance of barriers. Host installation

  • 1. Installation location

1) In the conspicuous place, the brake lever faces outward (intersection)

  • 2. Installation method one

1) Take out the accessories included in the box.

2) Place the box in a determined position, open the door, use a marker or a screwdriver to mark the holes in the bottom of the box, and open the box.

3) Use an impact drill to punch expansion screws on the number of outlets respectively, the hole depth is 70-80mm, and the expansion screws are inserted, the level and verticality of the box are adjusted, and the nuts are tightened.

  • 3. Installation method two

1) Open the door of the box and swing the motor handle to clamp the brake lever in the box to a horizontal position.

2) Put the end of the brake rod with screw holes horizontally into the brake rod clamp groove in the box, put on the outer brake rod clamp and flat washer, and tighten the nut.

3) Adjust the barrier support of the barrier so that the barrier is in a horizontal position. And make the bar support of the road gate just contact with the bar of the road gate.

4) The installation method of the barrier support is the same as that of the box body.

Adjustment method:

1) Tension spring adjustment

A. Connect the channel gate power supply and press the “▲” “▼” keys of the controller to make the gate rod move 90 degrees up and down for 4 to 5 times. To the vertical state.

B. Disconnect the power supply, turn on the box machine, loosen the box cover screws, and remove the box cover.

C. Use a hexagon wrench to adjust each tension spring screw. Make the brake lever achieve the best effect when the lever is falling.

D. If the starting time bar shakes, it means that the tension of the balance spring is too large. Repeat the above operation (relax the spring screw to make the brake lever achieve the best effect when the lever is running.)

E. If the motor is running but the brake lever does not move when the lever is lifted, it means that the tension of the balance tension spring is insufficient. Adjust the state of the tension spring or increase the tension spring until the brake lever operates normally.

Stand-alone spring configuration is as follows:

The length of the brake lever is 6 meters with two tension springs, the length of the gear lever is 4-5 meters with two tension springs, and the length of the brake lever is less than 4 meters with one tension spring.

When adjusting, the number of turns of each nut is the same to avoid unbalanced forces.
